Signed by OX will build and manage an owner acquisition system that may include Meta ad campaigns, a homeowner qualification quiz, AI voice follow-up, SMS nurture sequences, CRM setup, and calendar booking. Specific deliverables, pricing, and performance benchmarks are outlined in the individual service agreement between Signed by OX and each client.

6.2 Client Responsibilities

VRM clients agree to: provide accurate business information and timely responses during onboarding; keep their calendar current and accessible for automated homeowner booking; attend scheduled appointments generated by the system; not misrepresent their services or qualifications to homeowner leads; and comply with all applicable laws regarding VRM licensing, property management, and consumer protection.

6.3 No Guarantee of Results

Signed by OX does not guarantee a specific number of leads, appointments, or signed properties. Results depend on market conditions, client responsiveness, competitive landscape, and other factors outside our control. Testimonials and illustrative figures on our website reflect prior client experiences and are not guarantees of future performance.

6.4 Intellectual Property

All advertising creatives, landing pages, quiz frameworks, calling scripts, and system automations created by Signed by OX remain the intellectual property of Signed by OX unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a limited license to use these assets during the active engagement period only.
